About Product Overview

This is a 1/4 KG box of Hillman's No. 10 x 1" tapping screws, the kind you reach for when you're fastening sheet metal or hanging metal panels and need something that bites in fast without pre-drilling. The hex washer head takes a hex driver or wrench and gives you a wide bearing surface that seats flush and spreads load evenly, which matters on thinner metal that can dimple or strip out under a standard head. The self-piercing point starts its own hole in wood, fiberglass, or metal, so you're not stopping to switch to a drill bit mid-job.
