About Product Overview

Hillman's #6 x 3/8" sheet metal screw is built for quick fastening into thin metal, wood, fiberglass, and plastic without a pilot hole. The hex washer head gives you a wide bearing surface for a tighter, more secure hold, while the slotted drive works with a standard screwdriver when you don't want to dig out a power driver. Sharp-point, self-tapping threads bite in fast for small repairs, brackets, and light-duty indoor projects. Zinc plating on the steel body helps resist corrosion during storage and use.
