About Product Overview

The HEATR ELEC 5200BTU INFRD from Home Comfort puts out 5200 BTUs of infrared heat backed by a 1500-watt element, enough to cover rooms up to 1500 square feet. That makes it a solid pick for heating a living room, den, garage workspace, or any indoor space where the furnace can't quite keep up or you want supplemental warmth without running ductwork.

Built-in thermostat control lets you dial in and hold a temperature instead of guessing, and the included remote means you can adjust settings from the couch instead of getting up. Running on standard 120-volt household power at 12 amps, it's ETL listed for safety and housed in a durable black plastic cabinet sized to sit unobtrusively in a corner.
