This Homewerks transition adapter lets you join CPVC pipe to threaded fittings without cutting corners on code compliance. The 1 in. slip end solvent-welds onto CPVC pipe while the 1 in. FPT end threads onto valves, fixtures, or metal pipe, making it a straightforward fix for hot and cold water line repairs or new runs. Schedule 40 CPVC construction handles up to 100 PSI, and the fitting is lead-free with IAPMO and ANSI certification, so it's suitable for potable water systems.
