About Product Overview

GarageGuard from Insl-X is a water-based, 2-part epoxy floor paint built for garages, basements, and workshops where tires, chemicals, and foot traffic take a toll on concrete. No primer step needed - it goes straight onto the surface and cures into a hard, chemical- and water-resistant finish that stands up to daily use.

The gray semi-gloss coating resists hot tire pickup, so parked cars won't leave marks or lift the paint, and the skid-resistant surface adds a measure of safety in a space that sees oil, water, and foot traffic. It's rated for UV exposure and cleans up with just soap and water. One gallon covers 250 to 300 square feet, and you can apply it by brush, roller, or spray depending on the job.
