About Product Overview

This oil-based primer from Insl-X is built for jobs where stains and odors from previous paint, water damage, or smoke need to be sealed off before you topcoat. The alkyd formula blocks stains while the reduced-odor version cuts down on the harsh fumes typical of oil-based primers, making it easier to work with indoors. Apply by brush or roller on drywall, and you're ready to recoat in as little as 2 hours.
