About Product Overview

Jonathan Green Fast Grow Grass Seed is built for one job: getting bare spots covered fast. This 25 lb bag holds a mixed-grass blend with annual ryegrass, which germinates quickly and gets a lawn looking green again while slower permanent grasses fill in behind it. It's suited to Northern lawns and works in both sun and shade, so you're not stuck seeding the same patch twice because of light conditions.

One bag covers up to 12,500 square feet, making it a practical pick for large properties (10,000 sq ft and up) or for tackling several bare patches across the yard in one pass. The blend is drought tolerant once established, though it's not rated for high heat, so plan seeding around the milder stretches of spring or fall.
