About Product Overview

This crabgrass preventer from Jonathan Green tackles the problem from both directions—stopping new crabgrass before it sprouts and feeding your existing lawn with a 20-0-3, phosphorus-free formula. Apply it dry with a walk-behind spreader in early spring; no watering is needed. One 15-lb bag covers up to 5,000 sq ft and is safe for use on Bermuda grass and other lawn types. For stubborn crabgrass, a second application in early summer boosts results—just hold off on seeding for four months afterward.
