About Product Overview

Jonathan Green Winter Survival Fert is a fall lawn fertilizer built for one job: getting grass through the cold months and bouncing back strong come spring. The 10-0-20 analysis skips phosphorus entirely and loads up on potassium, which helps grass build root strength and cold tolerance heading into winter dormancy. Iron is included too, giving lawns a boost of color without pushing top growth the way a high-nitrogen feed would.

This is a post-emergent, dry granular product meant for late-August through early-November application, applied with a spreader to a dry lawn a couple of days after mowing, then watered in. It works across all grass types, including Bermuda, and is rated multi-region, so it fits cool-season and warm-season lawns alike. One 45 lb bag covers up to 15,000 square feet, making it a practical choice for larger yards that need one solid fall feeding rather than several rounds.
