The K2 Pumps UTIL PUMP 1/4HP 1600GPH is built for jobs where you need to move water fast and don't want to wait around for a float switch to trip. It's a manual, switchless pump - plug it in and it runs - which makes it a good fit for draining window wells, flooded basements, stock tanks, or standing water after a storm rather than continuous automatic sump duty. The dual suction intake and self-priming design pull water down close to the floor, and the thermoplastic housing resists corrosion so it can handle repeat use in wet conditions.
At 10 feet of lift it still moves 1300 GPH, dropping to 700 GPH at 20 feet, with a max head of 30 feet - enough reach for most basement and yard drainage setups. It runs on standard 115V household power and comes with the mounting hardware needed to get it working.
