About Product Overview

Boiled Linseed Oil from Klean Strip is a penetrating, oil-based finish that soaks into wood fiber instead of sitting on top, feeding and sealing the grain from the inside out. It's a traditional choice for conditioning tool handles, workbenches, gun stocks, and outdoor furniture, or for reviving dried-out wood before a final finish goes on. Because it's clear and transparent, it deepens natural wood tone without adding color or hiding grain. This 5-gallon size is suited to shops and crews working through larger volumes of wood, whether that's a run of fence posts, a batch of handles, or ongoing maintenance work. Apply with a brush or cloth, let it penetrate, and wipe off the excess. It's low VOC and rated for both indoor and outdoor use, though it's not UV resistant, so outdoor pieces exposed to direct sun will need a top coat or reapplication over time.
