About Product Overview

Knipex built the Pliers Wrench to replace a whole drawer of fixed wrenches with one adjustable tool that locks onto the work like a vise. The parallel jaws stay flat against the nut or fitting instead of rocking at an angle, so you get full contact on every face and less risk of rounding off corners. A push-button adjustment sets the jaw opening fast, and once it's clamped down it holds that setting under load - no slipping back open mid-turn like a standard adjustable wrench.

At 12 inches long with a 2-1/2 inch jaw capacity and 3/8 inch jaw thickness, this size handles larger nuts, bolts, and pipe fittings where a smaller wrench runs out of reach. It's forged from chrome vanadium steel for the strength to take real torque, and the tool doubles as a plier when you need to grip round or irregular stock rather than just turn a hex head. Good fit for plumbers, mechanics, and anyone who works on machinery or equipment where wrench sizes vary from job to job.
