About Product Overview

The MetalMax line from LENOX brings diamond abrasive technology to metal cutting, and this 7-inch wheel is built for angle grinders that see regular use on steel, rebar, and other metal stock. The diamond/metal construction is a different approach than standard bonded abrasive wheels, giving it an edge when you're cutting metal day in and day out.

At .060 inches thick, the wheel is thin enough for clean, controlled cuts without excess material removal, and it's rated for speeds up to 8,400 RPM to match common angle grinder output. The 7/8-inch arbor is a standard fit for most 7-inch angle grinders. Each wheel ships individually in bulk packaging, so you can stock exactly what you need for the job or the shop.
