About Product Overview

Lodge built this casserole pan with a wide, shallow shape that splits the difference between a skillet and a Dutch oven—13 inches across but just over 2 inches deep, giving you room to sear, braise, or bake a full meal in one pan. It's straight cast iron, so it holds heat evenly and moves from stovetop to oven to campfire without missing a step.
