About Product Overview

Lodge built this Logic Pro griddle to span two burners, giving you a flat cast iron cooking surface long enough for a full batch of pancakes, a stack of grilled cheese sandwiches, or a row of bacon strips all at once. Cast iron holds heat evenly across the surface and keeps cooking steady once it's up to temperature, which matters for anything that needs a consistent sear or an even golden brown. The 10.5 x 20 inch size fits most stovetops and works over a campfire or grill grate too. Like all cast iron, it gets better with use as the seasoning builds, and it's made in the USA to Lodge's standard construction. Keep in mind the handles aren't heat resistant, so a pot holder or mitt is a must once it's hot, and it should be hand washed and re-seasoned rather than run through the dishwasher.
