This Lutron slide dimmer handles 3-way setups where you need to control one light from two switch locations - a common need in hallways, stairwells, and larger rooms. It's rated for 150W of CFL or LED bulbs, or up to 600W of incandescent and halogen, so it covers most household lighting loads on a single pole, 120V circuit.
Built with a metal and plastic housing in an almond finish, it's UL and CSA listed for safe, code-compliant installation.
