About Product Overview

The Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 combines a charcoal grill, smoker, and griddle setup into one steel unit that runs on gravity-fed charcoal instead of babysitting a firebox. With 1150 square inches of total cooking area and 497 square inches of primary cooking space, there's room to work a full spread of ribs, briskets, or a mix of grilling and smoking at once. Cast iron grates give you solid heat retention and clean sear marks, while the built-in thermometer keeps you from guessing on internal cooking temps.

This is a charcoal/wood-fueled unit built for people who want real wood-fired flavor without constant tending. Front and side shelf space gives you a place to set tools, plates, and rubs, and four wheels let you move it around the patio or into storage. Steel housing in black stands up to regular outdoor use. Manual ignition keeps things straightforward - light it, dial in your temp, and let the gravity-fed hopper do the rest. Assembly is required.
