The Masterbuilt 30" Propane Smoker gives you 730 square inches of cooking space spread across four chrome-plated steel racks, so you can smoke a full brisket, a couple of racks of ribs, and a chicken all at once without crowding the meat. Propane ignition and a wood chip system do the work of flavoring your food while a built-in thermometer lets you track internal temperature without lifting the lid and losing heat. The vertical steel housing holds up to 275 degrees and puts out 15,400 BTUs, plenty for slow, low-heat smoking sessions that need to run for hours. It's CSA certified for safety and backed by a 1-year warranty. Built for the backyard rather than tailgating, since it doesn't have wheels or fold down for portability - this is a smoker meant to stay put and get used often.
