About Product Overview

The Metabo HPT NR83AA5M is a pneumatic framing nailer built for the jobs that don't leave room for jams or misfires: wall framing, sheathing, decking, and other structural work where you're driving fastener after fastener all day. It runs on full-sequential firing, so each nail fires only when the tip is pressed and the trigger pulled — a setup framers rely on for precise, controlled placement rather than bump-fire speed.

Loaded from the rear with 30-degree paper strip collated clipped-head nails, the magazine holds 86 to 94 fasteners at a time, cutting down how often you have to stop and reload. It handles nails from 2" up to 3-1/4", covering most framing and sheathing needs in one tool. At 9.3 lbs, it's manageable for repeated overhead and vertical work through a long shift. Backed by a 5-year limited parts and labor warranty from Metabo HPT, and sold as tool only.
