Metabo HPT built the NR83A5(S)M as a cordless framing nailer, running on a brushless motor instead of a hose and compressor. That means one less cord to manage on the jobsite, whether you're framing walls, sheathing, or working on a deck crew that moves from bay to bay all day.
Full-sequential firing gives you control over each shot, which matters when you're nailing into tight corners or working close to a helper. The rear-load magazine holds 70 collated nails at a time, so you're not stopping to reload every few minutes, and the 21-degree plastic strip collation keeps the nailer running clean with round head stick nails from 2 inches up to 3-1/4 inches.
