About Product Overview

Drilling into ceramic tile or glass calls for a bit ground specifically for those brittle materials, and Milwaukee's carbide-tipped 1/4" bit is built to do it without cracking or wandering. The carbide tip stays sharp against hard, glazed surfaces where standard twist bits slip and burn out fast. A round 5/32" shank fits standard drill chucks, and the compact 2.25" overall length gives good control for precise starts on backsplashes, shower walls, and glass panels.
