About Product Overview

Milwaukee built this 4-1/2" angle grinder around a 7 amp motor that pushes 12,000 RPM, enough muscle for cutting, grinding, and surface prep on metal, masonry, and welds. It's a corded tool, so you get consistent power for as long as the job takes without watching a battery gauge.

The slide switch gives you a straightforward on/off without a trigger to fatigue your hand on longer passes, and the spindle lock makes wheel changes fast when you're swapping between cutting and grinding discs. At 3.95 lbs tool weight, it's light enough to run one-handed for edge work but still solid enough for flush grinding on fabrication and repair jobs.

This is the tool-only version, so you'll need to add a grinding wheel before your first cut. Backed by Milwaukee's 5-year warranty and CSA/ETL/UL listed for safety on the jobsite or in the shop.
