Milwaukee's Hole Dozer carbide-tipped hole saw is built for the jobs that chew up standard bi-metal saws - stainless steel, abrasive materials, and nail-embedded wood. The carbide teeth hold an edge through cuts that would dull ordinary blades fast, making this a smart pick for contractors working mixed or reclaimed material. At 3 inches diameter with a 1-7/8 inch cutting depth, it handles conduit, pipe, and fixture openings with one pass. Note that it takes a separate arbor with 5/8 in.-18 threads, sold separately.
