About Product Overview

The M12 FUEL 3" Compact Cut-Off Tool is built for the jobs where a full-size cut-off saw is overkill but hand tools take too long - trimming bolts, cutting bracket stock, notching angle iron, or working in tight spots like electrical boxes and HVAC runs. At 1.52 lbs for the tool alone, it's light enough to run one-handed overhead or in awkward positions without wearing out your arm.

A brushless motor pushes the 3" blade up to 20,000 RPM, and the electric brake stops the blade fast once you release the trigger, which matters when you're working close to your other hand or in a crowded panel. The spindle lock makes blade changes straightforward - just keep in mind it's a keyed system, so you'll want the key on hand. Depth adjustment lets you dial in exactly how deep you're cutting instead of going all the way through every time.

Runs on Milwaukee's M12 platform and comes as a kit with a 4.0 battery and charger, so it's ready to work out of the box.
