About Product Overview

A 1" drive impact wrench built for jobs where breaking loose big fasteners is the whole point - lug nuts on heavy trucks, structural bolts, equipment maintenance, anything that laughs at a smaller wrench. The M18 FUEL platform pairs a brushless motor with 1500 ft-lbs of torque and 2400 impacts per minute, so it has the muscle to bust rusted or over-torqued hardware without a lot of drama.

At 10.9" long and 10.6 lbs, it's built more for control and reach in tight spots than for one-handed finesse work, which makes sense given the torque class it's in. The friction ring keeps sockets secure during high-torque work, forward/reverse switching and variable speed give you control over how fast that torque comes on, and the built-in LED lights up dark bays and low-light job sites. This is a bare tool - no battery, charger, or case - so it's meant for shops and crews already running M18 batteries who need to add serious drive capability to the lineup.
