About Product Overview

Milwaukee built the 2960-20 around speed and a compact head, so it earns its keep in tight engine bays, under dash panels, and anywhere a full-size impact wrench won't fit. At 3100 impacts per minute and 600 ft-lbs of torque, it's geared for fast fastening work rather than heavy structural bolting, and the 6-inch length gets into spots a longer tool can't reach.

It runs on Milwaukee's M18 FUEL platform with a brushless motor, which means more work per charge and a motor that isn't burning up on repetitive cycles. The 3/8-inch square drive with a friction ring covers common impact sockets, and the forward/reverse switch with variable speed control gives you the fine control needed for delicate fastener work as well as the power for stubborn ones. A built-in LED lights up the work area when you're reaching into dark corners of an engine or cabinet. This is a bare tool - no battery, charger, or case included - so it's suited to shops and techs already running the M18 system. UL Listed, backed by Milwaukee's 5-year warranty.
