About Product Overview

Milwaukee built the M18 FUEL Quik-Lok String Trimmer for anyone who's tired of juggling gas, oil mix, and pull cords just to trim a lawn edge. This is a bare tool, running on M18 battery power with an electric start, so it fires up instantly and skips the small-engine maintenance entirely. The split shaft design isn't just for storage - it's part of the Quik-Lok system, letting this head connect with compatible Milwaukee attachments so one motor and one battery can cover more than just trimming.

With a 16-inch cutting width and 1mm line, it's sized for real yard work - property lines, fence rows, and areas too tight or too rough for a mower. No shoulder harness is included, so plan on holding the full 14+ pounds during use, which matters if you've got a lot of ground to cover in one session. Assembly is required out of the box. This is the tool only - battery and charger sold separately - which keeps cost down if you're already running the M18 platform.
