About Product Overview

The Milwaukee M18 Hackzall is a one-handed reciprocating saw built for the cuts that don't need a full-size demo saw - plumbing lines, tight framing bays, HVAC ductwork, and anywhere you're working one-handed up on a ladder or in a crawlspace. At 4.1 lbs and 13.39 inches long, it's compact enough to run all day without wearing out your arm, but it still delivers a 3/4 inch stroke length at 3000 strokes per minute for real cutting speed, not just a novelty tool.

A keyless blade clamp means fast blade changes without extra tools, and the electric brake stops the blade the instant you release the trigger, which matters when you're working in close quarters. It runs on Milwaukee's M18 battery platform, so it shares power with the rest of the M18 lineup. This is a tool-only listing - battery and charger sold separately.
