This chrome cooling rack from Mrs. Anderson's Baking gives baked goods room to breathe, letting air circulate underneath so cookies, bars, and cakes cool evenly instead of getting soggy on the bottom. At 16-1/2" x 12-3/4", it's sized to sit over a standard baking sheet or fit inside larger pans for roasting. The chrome construction handles oven temperatures up to 500 degrees, so it doubles as a roasting rack for crisping bacon, chicken, or vegetables while fat drips away. Cleanup is simple since it's dishwasher safe.
