This NIBCO female adapter makes the transition from copper pipe to threaded fittings straightforward, with a 1/2" solder end on one side and a 1/2" FPT (female threaded) connection on the other. It's the fitting you reach for when copper supply lines need to meet valves, faucets, or other threaded components. Lead-free copper construction keeps it code-compliant for potable water lines, and it comes in a bag of 10 for jobs with multiple connections.
