This Oatey rosin core solder is built for electrical work, not plumbing - the rosin flux core is the right call for wiring, circuit boards, and other electronic connections where you can't use acid-based flux. The 60/40 tin/lead alloy flows smoothly and gives you a reliable, solid joint once it cools.
