About Product Overview

The Bronco is Oklahoma Joe's take on the drum smoker, a design that's been winning barbecue competitions for decades because it's simple and it works. Charcoal and wood go in the bottom, heat and smoke rise straight up through the single grate, and the drum shape holds temperature steady without a lot of fussing. That's the whole appeal of a drum smoker: fewer moving parts than an offset, less babysitting than a kettle, and a reputation for turning out some of the best brisket and ribs you'll find at any cookoff.

At 284 square inches of cooking area on porcelain-coated wire grates, it's sized for a household smoking session rather than a crowd, and the steel housing is built to sit outside and take the abuse. Wheels make it easy to roll into position or tuck away in the garage, and the built-in heat thermometer lets you keep an eye on things without lifting the lid every ten minutes. Assembly is required out of the box, and Oklahoma Joe's backs it with a 2-year warranty.
