About Product Overview

The Oklahoma Joe's Highland is an offset charcoal smoker built for cooks who want real wood and charcoal flavor without fussing over gimmicks. At 879 square inches of cooking area, there's room to run a full brisket, several racks of ribs, and a couple of chickens at the same time - handy for weekend cookouts or feeding a crowd. The offset firebox keeps the fire away from the meat so you get slow, indirect heat instead of direct flare-ups, and the built-in heat thermometer lets you keep an eye on temperature without opening the lid and losing heat.

Porcelain-coated wire grates clean up easier than bare steel and hold up to repeated use. The steel housing is built to take the heat cycle after cycle, and wheels make it possible to roll the unit around the patio or into the garage for storage. Assembly is required, and Oklahoma Joe's backs it with a 2-year warranty.
