About Product Overview

Old Masters' Golden Oak gel stain is an oil-based, semi-transparent finish built on an alkyd base, so it goes on with a brush, cloth, or rag and holds its color on both indoor and outdoor wood projects. One pint covers 125-150 square feet, and it's ready for a recoat in as little as 8 hours if you need a second pass. The formula is tintable, giving you some flexibility if you want to adjust the tone before you start.
