About Product Overview

These Paslode metal connector nails are built for the jobs where framing meets hardware - joist hangers, hurricane ties, post bases, and other connector work where you need a fastener sized and shanked to match the fitting, not just a generic framing nail. Each nail measures 1-1/2 inches long with a .148 diameter, a round head, and a smooth shank, driven at a 30-degree angle for use with angled strip nailers.

The diamond point helps the nail start clean and drive straight through metal connectors and framing lumber without deflecting, and the brite finish is standard for interior framing use. Nails come collated on paper tape, 3,000 per box, so you're not stopping mid-job to reload as often. This is Paslode's Positive Placement line, engineered specifically for connector applications rather than general framing.
