About Product Overview

A 1/3 HP motor pushes this Red Lion sump pump to 3200 GPH at open discharge, with enough head pressure (24 ft. max) to send water up and out of a basement or crawlspace sump pit even when the vertical lift is significant. The vertical float switch turns the pump on automatically as water rises, so it's ready to work the moment a storm rolls through or groundwater starts creeping in.

The thermoplastic housing resists the corrosion and cracking that can wear down metal pumps sitting in a wet pit day after day, and the 1-1/2 in. outlet fits standard sump discharge fittings and piping. An 8 ft. power cord gives some flexibility in where you locate the outlet, and at 115V/4.4 amps it runs on a standard household circuit. Good fit for homeowners dealing with a chronically damp basement, seasonal flooding, or anyone replacing a tired, failing sump pump before the next heavy rain.
