About Product Overview

Scotts EZ Seed Tall Fescue Patch & Repair is built for fixing the rough patches in an otherwise decent lawn - the bare spots under trees, the worn track by the gate, or the thin strip along a slope. This 20 lb bag covers up to 445 square feet, enough to handle repair work across a small lawn (under 4,000 sq ft) without buying more than you need.

Tall fescue seed holds up to heat and drought once established, and this mix is rated for both full sun and dense shade, so you're not stuck patching only the easy spots. It works across multiple seasons - Scotts recommends applying in spring or fall for best results. All you need on hand is a rake and a hose: clear the area, spread the seed, and water daily while it takes root.
