About Product Overview

This 6" x 12" section of Selkirk Class A chimney pipe is built for the demanding end of residential venting: Type HT rated and tested to handle sustained temperatures up to 1000°F. That rating matters if you're venting a wood stove, insert, or other solid-fuel appliance where flue gases run hot and steady performance isn't optional.

The pipe is double-wall insulated stainless steel, which keeps the outer surface cooler to the touch and helps maintain proper draft by keeping flue gases warmer as they rise. Stainless construction also stands up to the corrosive byproducts of combustion better than plain steel, so it holds up over years of use rather than rusting out. Sold as a 12" section, it's sized for straightening out a run or filling a gap in an existing Class A system. Made in the USA and shipped boxed for safe transport and storage until installation.
