These #7 x 1-5/8" deck screws from Simpson Strong-Tie are built from Type 316 stainless steel, the same grade used for marine and coastal hardware, so they hold up where standard deck screws corrode. The trim head sits flush for a clean look, and the lobe drive resists cam-out so you're not stripping heads halfway through a fastener run. Box thread pulls decking tight to joists on outdoor builds. Each box holds 195 screws, enough to cover a decent-sized deck section without running back for more.
