Simpson Strong-Tie's SDWC15600-KT structural screws are built for wood-to-wood connections that need to hold, from ledger boards to deck framing. Each 6" screw drives with a star bit (included, so you're not hunting for the right tip) and the zinc-plated finish stands up to indoor and outdoor use. The truss head and standard thread give a clean, strong seat without splitting the wood.
