This SKIL corded jig saw runs on a 5-amp motor that pushes out up to 3,000 strokes per minute, with a 3/4" stroke length that gives it real bite through wood, plastic, and other common jobsite materials. Four orbital action positions let you dial in the cut - straight and clean for fine work, or more aggressive orbital motion when you need to cut fast and don't mind a rougher edge. Variable speed control means you can match the saw to the material instead of fighting it.
The adjustable shoe tilts to 45 degrees for bevel cuts, and the built-in dust blower clears chips from your cut line so you can actually see where you're going. It takes both U and T shank blades with a keyed blade clamp, and it's UL listed. Sold as tool only, at 4.52 lbs it's light enough for extended use on trim, plywood, and general cutting tasks around the shop or jobsite.
