This 16" inner tube comes pre-filled with Slime sealant, so small punctures from thorns and glass seal themselves before you even notice the tube's gone flat. It's built for kids' bikes and other 16" wheel setups where you'd rather not stop mid-ride to patch a tire. The rubber tube installs just like a standard tube - the sealant does its work automatically once you're rolling.
