About Product Overview

This is Southwire's 10/2 Romex NM-B, the wire electricians reach for when a circuit needs to carry real amperage - think 30-amp circuits for larger appliances, dedicated outlets, or shop equipment. The orange jacket makes it easy to identify on sight, which matters when you're tracing runs in a panel full of cable. Solid copper conductors with a ground wire, wrapped in a nylon jacket over PVC insulation rated for 600 volts and 90 degrees, give you a cable built to meet code for standard indoor branch circuits.

This is indoor-rated cable only - not for direct burial or wet locations - so plan your run through walls, attics, or conditioned spaces accordingly. The 100-foot coil is a practical length for a single room addition, a garage subpanel feed, or a few appliance circuits without leftover waste. UL listed and flame retardant, it's made in the USA by a name contractors already trust.
