About Product Overview

This 50-foot coil of Southwire 12/2 cable covers the wiring jobs where you need solid copper conductors and a build tough enough for wet or buried applications. The 12-gauge, 2-conductor construction is rated for 20 amps at 600 volts, with a 90-degree temperature rating that gives you margin on continuous loads. Black, green, and white insulation makes conductor identification straightforward at the panel or the box.

Because it's rated for direct burial and wet locations, this cable works for outdoor circuits, sheds, detached garages, and other runs that see moisture or ground contact. The aluminum armored MC jacket adds physical protection along the way, and UL listing means it meets code requirements inspectors are looking for. Made in the USA.
