About Product Overview

This shallow well jet pump from Star Water Systems handles household water supply for wells with a water table of 25 feet or less. The cast iron housing stands up to the corrosion that shortens the life of lesser pumps, and at 1/2 horsepower it moves up to 660 gallons of flow at maximum discharge, making it a solid fit for homes, cabins, or outbuildings on a shallow well system.

It runs on a pressure switch, so it cycles on and off to maintain steady water pressure without a separate tank required. Dual voltage wiring (115/230V) gives you flexibility depending on your electrical setup, and the 1-inch discharge pipe connects to standard well plumbing. Built for continuous duty within a 40-130°F operating range, it's backed by a 1-year limited parts and labor warranty.
