About Product Overview

This Star Water Systems sink pump is built for the spot a regular sump pump can't reach — under a laundry sink, wet bar, or utility basin where wastewater needs a lift to get to the drain line. The 1/3 HP motor runs on standard 115V power and switches on automatically with a diaphragm switch, so there's no float arm to snag or stick in a tight basin.

It's self-priming and pulls water in through the top intake, pushing it out through a 1-1/4" discharge pipe at up to 1320 gallons per hour, or 240 GPH against 10 feet of head. The thermoplastic housing won't rust or corrode, which matters in a pump that's sitting in standing water and cleaning fluids on a regular basis. All mounting hardware is included, and it's rated to handle water up to 104°F, so it can take warm wash water without issue.
