About Product Overview

The Steel Grip 18V Cordless Drill/Driver is built for the everyday jobs around the house—drilling pilot holes, driving screws, assembling furniture, and tackling small repair projects without being tethered to an outlet. A brushed motor delivers 217 in-lbs of torque and two speed ranges up to 1400 RPM, giving you the control to switch between drilling through wood and driving fasteners into tougher material. The 3/8" keyless chuck makes bit changes quick, and the built-in LED light helps you see what you're working on in dim spaces like cabinets or under sinks. It runs on a lithium-ion battery, which holds a charge better than older battery types when the tool sits in a drawer between projects. This kit comes with one 1.5Ah battery and a charger, so it's ready to use out of the box—just note there's no carrying case included. At 4.15 lbs, it's light enough for one-handed work overhead or in tight spots.
