This black steel pipe nipple from STZ Industries connects two 3/8" MIP fittings with 12 inches of threaded steel in between, giving you the reach to bridge gaps that shorter fittings can't handle. Black steel construction stands up to higher heat and pressure than standard galvanized pipe, which is why it's a go-to choice for gas line work as well as general plumbing runs. It's lead-free and rated for up to 203 PSI and 400°F, so it holds up under real working conditions.
