About Product Overview

The Union 4 GLV from STZ Industries is a 4-inch FIP by FIP union built for galvanized iron pipe systems where you need a serviceable joint, not a permanent one. Unions let you break a line apart for repairs, maintenance, or equipment swaps without cutting into the pipe on either side - a detail that matters on larger-diameter runs where re-threading is a real hassle.

Cast from malleable iron and finished with a galvanized coating, it's built to hold up against corrosion in water lines and other plumbing applications, and it's rated for 300 PSI up to 150°F. The lead-free construction makes it suitable for potable water use. Comes bagged for individual sale or job-site pickup.
