The TELL GR1 SZ3 is a Grade 1 hydraulic door closer built for doors that see steady, heavy use - think commercial entries, office suites, or any door where a consistent, controlled close matters more than looks. Grade 1 is the commercial-duty rating, so this closer is designed to hold up to repeated cycling day after day without the closing action drifting or failing early.
The hydraulic mechanism gives you a smooth, non-slamming close every time, and the adjustable closing speed lets you dial in how fast the door swings shut based on traffic and door weight. It's rated for doors as narrow as 30 inches wide, and it ships with all mounting hardware included, so there's no separate trip for screws or arm brackets. Aluminum and steel construction keeps it durable while managing weight at 6.7 lbs.
